Pre-Purchase/Phase-out Survey
A Pre-Purchase / Phase-Out Survey is a comprehensive inspection conducted before purchasing a vessel or removing it from a charter or management program. Often required by insurers or financiers, this survey evaluates hull integrity, structural components, propulsion systems, plumbing, electrical systems, navigation equipment, and all safety gear.
Our detailed report identifies deficiencies and deferred maintenance, and includes a fair market valuation to support negotiations, budgeting, or contract closure. Insurance Survey
